Make AI work in your organization

Organizations that develop or use AI systems are required to take measures to promote AI literacy among their employees.

The Double Challenge

Without a good start, no grip on AI

An effective approach to AI literacy starts with insight. Yet many organizations find it difficult to get a clear picture of where AI is applied, what risks are involved, and how much knowledge is available internally.

No clear overview

Many organizations do not know exactly which AI systems are used or what their impact is. Without this insight, it is difficult to manage risks or make policies that truly work in practice.

Insufficient knowledge and awareness

AI is often seen as a technical topic, while it also has ethical, legal, and social implications. Employees do not always know how to interpret AI outputs or what their role is in responsible use.

No governance anchoring

Without clear agreements, budgets, and ownership, AI literacy remains something voluntary. As a result, it is not taken into account in decision-making, policy, or supervision – and this increases the risk of errors or risks.

Legal risk

The EU AI Act is inevitable. Failing to comply with it can result in fines that can amount to 7% of global annual turnover – and this represents a direct risk to the organization's continuity.

The Multi-Year Action Plan

The multi-year action plan of the Dutch Data Protection Authority forms the basis of our approach. Below you can see how the four phases relate to each other.

Implementation of a future-proof AI literacy approach

Our approach follows the four steps provided by the Dutch supervisor: Identify, Set Goals, Execute en Evaluate.

Phase 1: Identify

We start with a thorough analysis of your organization. We map all existing AI systems, identify associated risks and opportunities, and perform a zero-measurement to establish the current knowledge level.
